The complex of buildings of the Moscow Department of internal Affairs on Petrovka, 38, is waiting for reconstruction


MOSCOW, October 8. The complex of buildings of main Department of the MIA of Russia in Moscow, located on Petrovka street, 38, will be reconstructed.

According to the press service of Moskomstroyinvest, the corresponding application form about the design of the development plan of land plot (gpzu) approved on Thursday the city planning and zemlina the Commission of the government of Moscow. The meeting was chaired by mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The project involves construction of a new building control center with an area of 15 thousand square meters, as well as landscaping of the adjacent territory.

In addition, approved applications of about the design of gpzu for the construction of a new residential block in the village Andreevka (Zelenograd) as part of a kindergarten for 220 places, a school for 1,100 places, residential buildings (apartment area – 150,2 thousand sq m) office building at u-turns area (440 sq m) and garage at 1370 cars.

The building will go on free land plots. Also decided to renovate the production building of JSC “Scientific-production enterprise “Kvant” with increased from 75.5 thousand to 77.9 thousand square meters on the 3rd mytischinskaya street and build a multi-functional research and production center (JSC “Engineering centre for microelectronics”) with Parking for 167 cars a total area of 25.5 thousand square meters on Zolotorozhsky Shaft – project is part of a renovation of the industrial zone “Hammer and Sickle”.

Also, the Commission decided to auction the land plots for construction, in particular, of the veterinary clinic in Chechersk travel, utilities and warehousing facility with an area of 3.8 thousand square meters in the industrial area “Solar”, a shopping complex with an area of 22,0 thousand in sq. m on the Volokolamsk highway.

Just Thursday at the Commission meeting were adopted decisions on issuing planning permissions involving the construction and reconstruction 599,1 thousand square meters of real estate.
