SIMFEROPOL, 9 Oct. The Crimean authorities are implementing 75% of the projects foreseen in 2015 in the framework of the Federal target program socially-economic development of the Peninsula, said the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov.
The government of the Russian Federation in August last year approved the Federal target programme for socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020, with funding of 681 billion roubles. The Federal program was intended to upgrade the engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the region.
“We clearly understand that this year 75% of the program will be implemented at least partially in the region of 25% can be carried over to 2016”, — said Aksenov journalists.
According to Aksenov, today all the “nuances and sensitivities of” the implementation of the CPF have been identified and marked with specific dates and performers. Up to October 16 shall be verified and removed all comments, including from Glavgosexpertiza and ministries.
“Plans and schedules must be submitted on Monday, October 16 Mr Ulyukayev (Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev — ed.) all of them must agree. The work goes around the clock, contractors by and large all the objects already defined and next week will be contracted,” said Feldman.
The head of the Crimea stressed that 80% of projects under the Federal program for this year is design and survey works and only 20% construction and installation. The largest object is the construction of Nizhyn water intake value of 3.5 billion rubles.
Today, according to Aksenova, the country has already entered as part of this programme 1.9 billion. This year, the total tranche must amount to 12 billion rubles.
