SIMFEROPOL, 9 Oct. The Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev believes that it is necessary to calculate the risks of realization of the Federal target program (FTP) of development of the Crimea, to understand what changes need to be made in the program.
The government of the Russian Federation in August last year approved the Federal targeted programme on the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020, with funding of 681 billion roubles. The Federal program was intended to upgrade the engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the region.
“Not everything, we need to understand the status of the implementation of this year, what risks exist, what you need to make changes to the plan schedule of the program activities what we need from the point of view changes in the Federal target program, because many of the positions that we have for 2015, can’t be financed”, — Ulyukayev said at a meeting in Simferopol.
