SOCHI, October 11. Special attention at the negotiations of Russian President Vladimir Putin and crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme commander of the UAE armed forces Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan will be given to the situation in the middle East, especially in Syria. This is stated in the materials for the meeting.
“In the upcoming negotiations will be held an exchange of views on topical international and regional agenda. Special attention will be paid to developments in the middle East, primarily in Syria, including in the context of joint efforts to combat international terrorism”, – stated in the press service of the Kremlin.
In addition, “special attention will be paid to expanding trade and economic cooperation” between the two countries. It is noted that due to currency fluctuations in 2014, the trade turnover between Russia and UAE decreased by 20%, and in the first half of the current year, a reduction of 43%.
