MOSCOW, October 12. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree regulating the procedure for obtaining a number of government officials, military and customs officers, honorary and special titles, awards and other insignia of foreign States, international organizations, political parties, other public associations and other organizations. The document was published Monday on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The regulations on the procedure of receiving these awards establishes that the resolution the President must obtain the persons occupying the state posts, appointment to which is held by the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the military and customs officers. The document does not apply to members of the government of the Russian Federation, Federal judges, ambassadors extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in foreign States and permanent representatives of Russia to international organizations. In the presidential decree contains a recommendation to adopt similar provisions in the Federation Council, the state Duma, the high courts, the Central election Commission. The government of the Russian Federation, presidential administration of Russia, the General Prosecutor’s office, Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and Federal Executive authorities such documents is to adopt within three months.
Approved by the President of the regulation States that the petition for adoption awards officials must convey to your Manager within three days, after which it during the month should be sent to the President of the Russian Federation.
