Just ended a conference call, and there have been no cutoffs, said in a press-service of the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine.

KYIV, 12 Oct. The supply of electricity from Ukraine in Crimea are carried out in full, no blackouts has not been reported in the press service of the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine.

Earlier, some media reported that the Ukrainian power is allegedly supported the participants of the blockade on the border with Crimea and stopped the supply of electricity to the Peninsula on line Melitopol-Dzhankoy.

“Just got out of a teleconference meeting, and there have been no cutoffs”, — said the press service.

Crimea is 70% dependent on power supplies from Ukraine. According to the estimates of the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation, the region needed an additional approximately 880 MW of capacity. Until the end of the current year primarily constructed of RF power bridge to Crimea must be commissioned, which will give to the Crimea from the mainland to 400 MW of capacity. The second phase will increase the power flow to 800-840 MW — the construction will finish in summer 2016.
