MOSCOW, 13 Oct. The Moscow arbitration court on Tuesday has registered the claim of “Aeroflot” about collecting 5 billion rubles on the verge of bankruptcy of airline “Transaero”, the information on the website of the court.
The claim is not yet accepted for production, on the grounds of the claim are not reported.

Big claims to “Transaero” have recently become to proceed in arbitration courts of different regions. So, controlled Rosneft company require the carrier more than 4 billion rubles. Lawsuits filed also the company associated with the airports “Domodedovo”, “Pulkovo”, “Koltsovo”, “Blagoveshchensk”, “Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk”.
The largest Russian privately owned airline Transaero has been unable to service debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles.
