HARBIN, 13 Oct. Larissa Dokuchayev. The mode of allocation of quotas for foreign labor force in Russia has a negative impact on the development of investment cooperation between the Far East and China, said at a press conference on Tuesday, the Governor of Heilongjiang province (China) Lu Hao.
“To improve investment cooperation in the far East it is necessary to resolve the issue of quotas for foreign labor force. Today in Russia there are strict rules for obtaining quotas, and to implement its projects, the business doesn’t have to go every time to the Governor to address the issue of quota increases. We need to strengthen the effectiveness of this work,” said Lu Hao.
He also said that cooperation prevents poor infrastructure. Investment climate also needs to improve.
Lu Hao expressed the hope that after the adoption of the Federal law on development of the Far East will improve the investment atmosphere. “At the Eastern economic forum the President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that increase the control over the improvement of the investment climate. We believe that it will be useful. Without such support, Chinese business is not so easy and feel free to start your own investment cooperation in Russia”, — said the Governor.
