MOSCOW, October 13. In Israel understand that the deal on Iran has created a new reality.
This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, speaking at the “round table” in Federation Council.
“That the document turned out to be solid and correctly tells how it reacted in Israel – said Ryabkov. – Despite the attacks and criticism we have observed that the leadership of Israel it is obvious that a new reality has emerged in the form of the agreement.”
The Russian Federation does not exclude difficulties in the implementation of the transaction on the Iranian atom
While Moscow does not rule out difficulties in the implementation of the transaction on the Iranian nuclear program because of the elections in the United States and Iran, noted Ryabkov.
“Given the political negotiation and resource attached to the agreement, reasons to doubt that the document will be implemented, we do not, – said Ryabkov. – It should be noted that the plan did not carry the signature of nature, he is not subject to ratification, all agreements in it are political in nature, a legally binding format given through the UN security Council resolution. Of course, we cannot exclude complications in the way of plan implementation, including those associated with the change in the political situation in some countries. The factor of the upcoming elections in the United States and Iran, of course, matters”.
“With regard to the development of the political situation in Iran around the document, passions and, – continued the Deputy Minister. – We expect that the process of internal approval of the document will conclude positively that these political passions can help us to begin to implement soon all agreed”.
Moscow does not slow down the pace of implementation of the agreement
According to the Deputy head of the foreign Ministry, Russia does not slow down the pace of implementation of the agreement on the Iranian nuclear program.
“There is an important segment in bilateral Russian – Iranian cooperation, and in terms of our relations appeared important areas related to the export of so-called excess nuclear material from Iran, as well as in the field of conversion of the facility at Fordow for production of stable isotopes in there,” said Ryabkov.
“While I will say that we rate the intensity of our efforts, not slow down and lead to further Russia’s role was significant, and the agreement would help increase forward momentum of our bilateral ties in various fields with a friendly Iran,” he added.
