MOSCOW, 14 Oct.Prime. Controlled Rosneft LLC “Basic air-fuel Operator” was served on the verge of bankruptcy of airline “Transaero” claim to 34.2 million rubles, follows from the filing of arbitration cases.
The lawsuit was filed on October 13.
Previously controlled Rosneft structure — the all-Russian regional development Bank (RRDB) and the fueling company Koltsovo — also applied to “Transaero” two lawsuits for a total amount of 230 million rubles. The largest claim against Transaero to date showed also a subsidiary of “Rosneft” — “RN-Aero”, it requires the defendant to more than 3.4 billion rubles.
Source on the market reported earlier that the total debt of Transaero airlines for the fuel in front of a group Rosneft in mid-September was 4.2 billion rubles. According to him, in February of 2015, the carrier offered a new repayment schedule before “RN-Aero” TZK “Koltsovo” and Bank, but as of August 31, the airline has not made payments on schedule for April, may, June, July, August according to the agreement.
The largest Russian privately owned airline Transaero has been unable to service their debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles.
Approved in September the government plan for the transfer of 75% stake in troubled airline “Aeroflot” for the subsequent rehabilitation took off. The creditors are considering the option of bankruptcy of the airline. Sale of tickets for flights of “Transaero” is stopped. Its passengers are transported by other airlines.
