MOSCOW, 14 Oct. An agreement between Moscow and Ankara on the construction of “Turkish stream” continue, said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“Political arrangements are maintained. President Erdogan, when he was in Moscow September 23 at the opening of the Moscow Cathedral mosque and met with President Putin, confirmed this,” said the Minister, speaking in the state Duma.
He explained that before the elections in Turkey, in this country no persons authorized to sign the relevant agreements.
“Let’s wait for the elections, will wait until a government is formed, authorized to sign binding agreements,” Lavrov said.
