MOSCOW, October 14. The final report on the investigation of the crash Malaysian Boeing in Ukraine has caused Russia a lot of questions that have no answer. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking during the “Government hour” in the state Duma.
“As for Boeing, we will study the report, which was distributed yesterday. Now a lot of questions. They were, in fact, from the beginning. And don’t have an answer,” he said.
“We always respect other people’s opinions, but we want to do this on the basis of reciprocity, – said Lavrov. Our opinion get no respect and even did not ask. We literally asked for it, to the concern “Almaz-Antey” – the manufacturer of missiles, which as they claim the plane was shot down – exhaustively participated in all the experiments, answered questions, gave help. None of this happened.”
The Russian foreign Minister reminded the countries that participated in the investigation, about the need to respect the UN Security Council, which in July 2014 adopted a resolution calling for an objective and impartial investigation of the disaster.
“According to international standards needed to attract ICAO – neither “side chair”, as it happened, and a full. This was not done. Also contained the requirement that SB was regularly informed of the progress of the investigation. This too was not done. We offered to send a mission SAT in the emergency area, but also Western partners refused,” he added.
