On Thursday in the state Duma the meeting of the Committee of the Board of legislators of the Russian Federation on legislative maintenance of national safety and corruption counteraction.

“We want every accident to make an analytical review. What questions do we find? The first is the condition of the driver. Secondly, it is his condition in part narcotic and alcoholic intoxication. Thirdly, the technical condition of the vehicle. Fourthly, that the condition of the roadway, the environment in which transportation occurred. Fifthly, the mode of operation of the driver, mainly for freight transport, because the load level gives grounds to say that the fatigue failure of working conditions are aggravating factors”, — said the head of the Committee.

Spring drew attention to the growing number of accidents caused by drunk drivers. “The statistics are staggering — 20% growth. And this despite the fact that you entered a valid ppm level, that is, the number of drunk driving even more,” she said.
