MOSCOW, October 15. The dollar against the ruble on the Moscow stock exchange at the opening of trading on Thursday declined compared to closing level of previous trading day at 48 cents to 62,23 ruble.
The MICEX index at the opening of trading rose by 0.4% to 1729,37 item.

The Bank of Russia established on October 15, the official dollar exchange rate at the level 63,1248 RUB that on to 90.11 copecks above the previous indicator. The official Euro exchange rate was raised to 1 ruble 15,29 pennies to RUB 72,0506
The value of the currency basket (0.55 dollars and 0.45 euros), calculated at the official exchange rates, increased by 1 1,44 rubles kopecks to RUB 67,1414
