Chaika: the low quality of law-making has a negative impact on the business

MOSCOW, 16 Oct. Low quality of legislation in the sphere of regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Russia adversely affects the business, says Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika.

Chaika said that the negative impact on the business environment continues to provide low quality of law-making.

“In most cases, these legal acts establish additional administrative barriers, the entrepreneurs require unnecessary documents for grants and building permits,” — said the Seagull at the operational meeting in Yekaterinburg on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the far Eastern, Volga, Siberian and Urals Federal districts.

According to him, this year the protests of prosecutors in the districts are in compliance with the legislation of nine thousand legal acts, the majority of which is administrative regulations on the delivery of services and implementation of state and municipal control.
