With projected inflation of 12.2% diesel fuel will rise in price a maximum of 5-6%, said the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Igor Artemyev.

MOSCOW, 16 Oct. The increase in gasoline prices in Russia in 2015, with projected inflation at 12.2% will not exceed 9%, diesel fuel — 5-6%, said the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Igor Artemyev.

“No problems with the pricing (in 2015 — ed.) for petrol was not. And at the end of the year, for example, with inflation of 12.2% diesel fuel will rise in price a maximum of 5-6%, gasoline will remain within, will grow by 9%. This is significantly below inflation, i.e. the indicators really work,” said Artemyev, speaking at the conference “Antitrust regulation in Russia”.
