Medvedev did not see the success of Russia in the reformatting of the commodity economy

Moscow. October 16. The reformatting of the Russian economy from raw material to innovation while not very successful, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

“What we achieve, but, frankly, that while we are not very good,” he said.

According to him, to achieve diversification of the Russian economy, despite sanctions, closed the country access to new technologies. “We need diversification and new industrial technologies. Despite sanctions pressure, which effectively closed us access to technology, anyway, in many countries, despite the difficulties that are associated with our domestic economic situation, these problems must still be solved,” Medvedev said at a meeting of the Presidium of the Council for economic modernisation and innovative development.

He noted that it is impossible to miss the opportunities linked with the emergence of new technology markets.
