Medvedev signed a decree aimed at increasing sales of SSJ-100 aircraft


MOSCOW, October 16. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on increase of the authorized capital of the State transport leasing company for the development of the sales system of the aircraft “Sukhoi Superjet 100″”(Sukhoi Superjet-100, SSJ-100). In the help document notes that the Directive will help to ensure utilization of the production branch of JSC “Sukhoi” in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, will stimulate the demand of the Russian airlines SSJ-100. “The decree approved the decision to increase the Charter capital of PJSC “State transport leasing company” (hereinafter – JSC “STLC”), selected by the Ministry of industry and trade as the lead project operator leasing these aircraft in the Russian market”, – stated in the help.

Federal loan bonds total par value of 30 billion rubles transferred as payment under purchase contract by the Ministry additionally placed shares of JSC “STLC” total cost 30 billion roubles with their subsequent implementation at face value. This agreement is concluded between the Ministry of transport, Ministry of industry and trade, Agency for Deposit insurance and PJSC “STLC””.

As expect in the government, this will allow PJSC “STLC” having solid contracts to supply 32 aircraft “Sukhoi Superjet 100”, to form a source of funds for the acquisition and subsequent transfer to domestic airlines aircraft rental or leasing. “Part of the lease payments PJSC “STLC” will direct on creation of a system of after-sales service and technical support, and spare parts warehouse”, – stated in the order.
