“This territory has never been terrorists of the ISIL (the former name “Islamic state” organization is forbidden in Russia – ed.), moreover, since 2013 the area is under the control of “Syrian free army” – said Kartapolov.
He showed photos of the area with traces of bombing. “On the pictures you can see that around these garden houses are no traces of military activities, no trenches, no trace of military vehicles, does not have the military equipment. This ordinary gardens and fields with buildings to store farm equipment,” – said the head of cupola.
“Why was it necessary to destroy them? The impression is that someone trained pilots or strike, to report to the commanders about the execution of combat tasks”, – he concluded.
