MOSCOW, 16 Oct. The arbitration court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region has registered the third lawsuit the Federal state unitary enterprise “state Corporation for air traffic management” (ATM) to on the verge of bankruptcy of airline “Transaero” — on the recovery more than 88 million rubles, the information on the website of the court.
The suit was brought in the arbitration on October 15, the production is not yet adopted, the basis of the claim in court records is not specified. The total amount of claims of the state Corporation ATM problem to the carrier in court has reached more than 107 million rubles.
Rosaviatsia on 6 October reported that the financial failure of “Transaero” has led to the accumulation of debt for the provided GK ATM air navigation services in the amount of about 1 billion rubles.
Big claims to “Transaero” already submitted “Aeroflot” (the amount of the claim of 5 billion rubles), controlled by Rosneft company, including “RN-Aero”, the Russian regional development Bank and JSC “aviation fuel Base operator” (in the sum more than 4 billion rubles), as well as companies associated with airports “Domodedovo”, “Pulkovo”, “Koltsovo” (Ekaterinburg), Blagoveshchensk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The largest Russian privately owned airline Transaero has been unable to service their debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles. The creditors are considering the option of bankruptcy of the airline. Sale of tickets for flights of “Transaero” is stopped. Its passengers are transported by other airlines, mainly included in the group “Aeroflot”.
