GROZNY, October 17. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov believes that anti-Russian sanctions won’t last longer than November 2016. “Sanctions affect not just Russia. The alarms are sounding and the countries of Western Europe, and our partners in the CIS. It seems to me that until November 2016 they will have to cancel all sanctions. We’re not Cuba. Russia has a powerful military and economic power. And much in this world depends on us,” Kadyrov said to journalists.
According to him, the main of the pressures of economic restrictions against Russia, the country has overcome. “The biggest problem caused by the sanctions, fortunately, behind us,” said Kadyrov.
About the conflict with Evkurova
Also the head of Chechnya has denied rumors that between him and the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurova formed a strained relationship.
Answering questions of journalists in Grozny, Kadyrov declared that in their relations with Evkurova “really had some difficulties, but they were concerned not with the personal characteristics and complex issues that need to be solved.”
“If you watch television, you probably know that the Magas and Grozny became sister cities. If we had a strained relationship, then this wouldn’t have happened.
