The Advisory Council on foreign investments discussed issues of development of structure of the Russian economy, in particular, the issue of small and medium business, in General, the conversation was substantive, emotional subject of sanctions this year for not sounded, said the Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev following the meeting.
“Discussed issues associated with the development of the structure of the Russian economy, in particular, discussed issues of small and medium-sized businesses, interfacing with major investors, including global investors, the development of financial security, economic growth and so on,” he told reporters.

In particular, they talked about how to combine the line of import substitution and foreign investors, how to establish communication and to provide legal protection, how to obtain the status of a national manufacturer, discussed the degree of localization of production and the use of localized production in the public procurement law, questions of different kinds of non-tax and other encumbrances, the Minister explained.
