The former wife of the businessman Vladimir Potanin asked to collect in its favor of 15% of shares of Norilsk Nickel and 50% of the shares in Interros – half of what her ex-husband owns.
MOSCOW, 20 Oct. The former wife of the businessman Vladimir Potanin appealed against the refusal of the court to divide the shares in MMC Norilsk Nickel and Interros, said the press Secretary of the court Nina Yurkova.
“The court received the appeal of Natalia Potanina, in which she expressed disagreement with the decision of Presnensky court from September 9,” said the spokesman.
The court in September refused to divide the stakes between Natalia and Vladimir Potaninii. The plaintiff requested to recover in its favor of 15% of shares of Norilsk Nickel and 50% of the shares in Interros — half of what her ex-husband owns.
Presnensky court of Moscow on July 28, decided to collect with Potanina 78 million rubles. This amount was demanded from the company “Ekoinvest”, controlled by Vladimir Potanin. The claim was stated because of the failed transaction for the sale of the house in the suburban village of Nemchinovo.
In June the Presnensky court of Moscow ruled on the claim for division of joint property for which Vladimir Potanin depart luxury apartment in Skatertny pereulok (Moscow city center) area 406,9 square meter and the chapel of Saint Blessed Tamara in a suburban village Anosino, and Natalia Potanin receives compensation for his share in the apartment in Skatertny lane to 375 million rubles, as well as three blocks of land with outbuildings in the suburbs.
World court plot number 418 of Presnensky district in February of last year has satisfied the claim of Potanina for dissolution of marriage. At the end of June the same court had granted the application Potanin about changing the order of alimony in favour of the minor son, by giving to the businessman the right to transfer 50% of the alimony to the Deposit account of 16-year-old Vasily Potanin until his adulthood. Both Potanin challenged, however, the district court found them legal, and they entered into force.
