Moscow. October 20. Irish patterns of VTB group filed lawsuits to the Arbitration court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region about collecting from airline “Transaero” a total of 2.17 billion rubles, follows from the materials of a card file of arbitration Affairs.
In particular, Larafort Aircraft Leasing requires to recover 746,59 million rubles, Pembroke Exchanges – 607,78 million rubles, Richdale Investments – 816,29 million.
All three claims registered on 19 October.
The court of St. Petersburg has also registered a lawsuit Sberbank of bankruptcy “Transaero”, on submission of which was reported on Monday.
Earlier in the press service of VTB reported that “VTB Leasing” have filed claims for the recovery of arrears of the air carrier and that the VTB group is exploring the possibility of filing a claim for bankruptcy airline.
The head of VTB Andrey Kostin said that the duty of “Transaero” before VTB group is on the order of 12 billion roubles and 90% is covered by gosgarantii. Kostin also said that the claim about bankruptcy “Transaero” will be filed soon.
