MOSCOW, 21 Oct. Vice-speaker of the state Duma from “Fair Russia” Nikolay Levichev doubt that the government will succeed in bringing the Russian economy from the crisis in 2016, because many problems are not yet solved.
The head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, speaking on Wednesday in the state Duma, said that the Russian economy is still “negative”, but “there are some signs of stabilization” and said that it expected “growth in 2016”.
“I would like to hear about specific strategic plans by the government to overcome the crisis. Moreover, the head of the Central Bank on the report in the State Duma named the specific term of 2016. But the fact that the Russian economy it will fit, is in serious doubt. Economic structural changes just outlined, we have to settle many long-standing problems, but to solve them in the Cabinet, it seems, do not know how,” — said Levichev told reporters.
