MOSCOW, October 21. Sberbank is willing to negotiate with new owners of “Transaero”. This was reported by a source in Sberbank.
“We are open to any dialogue aimed at repayment of debts to Sberbank,” – said the interlocutor of the Agency, answering the question whether the Bank to negotiate with the new owners of the airline “Transaero”.

As previously reported, General Director of S7 airlines Vladislav Filev on Tuesday night acquired “at least 51% of actions “Transaero” Alexander Pleshakov, who is the largest shareholder of the airline.
The amount of the transaction, the participants did not disclose, however, noted that it “significantly more than one rouble” and will satisfy all participants.
According to Fileva that the shareholders “Transaero” has a plan of settlement with creditors of the airline. He also noted that new shareholders will try to avoid bankruptcy of the airline.
