MOSCOW, 21 Oct. The government of the Russian Federation and the Central Bank on Wednesday will report to the state Duma about the anti-crisis plan for the first half of 2015.

The decline in GDP in the third quarter, according to preliminary estimates the Ministry of economic development, amounted to 4.3% in annual terms in September by 3.8%.
