The Plenipotentiary of the President in DFO stressed the need to exclude any possibility of subjective governance and corruption and to dispose of any performance indicators in the selection of residents.
VLADIVOSTOK, 21 Oct. Nadezhda Egorova. Business projects of potential participants in the free port of Vladivostok will be evaluated by the Supervisory Board in the selection of residents, said during the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the port, the presidential envoy in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev.
“We must exclude any possibility of subjective governance and corruption, throw out any estimates. Don’t understand why we are going to assess the level of a business project. Who are we? There is an investor, he risks the money and reputation. We should not evaluate a business project. A business plan is needed only for statistics. The assessment is simple — if a person has not realized the project, the business plan is bad by definition”, — said Trutnev.
Previously entered into force the law on the establishment of the free port of Vladivostok. The head of Minvostokrazvitiya Alexander Galushka reported that potential investors of the free port of Vladivostok has already offered seven investment projects worth more than 60 billion rubles.
