Russia and Iran are interested and will consider the possibility of participating in projects in the field of transport and construction, said Minister of energy Alexander Novak.
TEHRAN, 22 Oct. The Iranian side has offered Russia to participate in 21 projects in the field of transport and construction totaling more than € 25 billion, the Russian company would do so, said the Minister of energy Alexander Novak.
On Thursday following the meeting with the Minister for housing and transport of Iran Abbas Akhundi, Novak told journalists that the sides agreed “to consider the possibility of attracting credit resources of the Russian export credit institutions and loans”.
“Also, Mr. Minister presented 21 projects totaling more than 25 billion euros that will be implemented in Iran. Our companies are interested and will consider participation in these projects”, — said Novak.
“Including projects associated with the development of rail infrastructure, Maritime ports, associated with the supply of marine and automotive engineering, special purpose equipment etc”, he said.
