Konstantinov proposes not to allow the primaries to non-party EP

Preliminary rating voting on elections to the state Duma in 2016 to be held on may 22. Chairman of the state Council of Crimea said that non-party should not participate in the vote because voters will not understand it.

SIMFEROPOL, 22 Oct. Chairman of the state Council of Crimea, head of Crimean branch of the EP Vladimir Konstantinov proposes not to allow the primaries of “United Russia” non-party candidates in deputies of the state Duma.

United Russia will hold a preliminary rating voting (primaries) between applicants in candidates on elections in the state Duma in 2016 at the same time in all regions approximately may 22. According to Konstantinov, intra-party voting will be held open and will allow you to determine the most influential people.

“We want to appeal to the center with a proposal to exclude the rule that non-party participated in the preliminary voting, we believe that at least for the Crimea, it will not be very clear to our voters”, — said Konstantinov.

In his opinion, should not be allowed to the party nominated people who do not share the views of this party and are its ideological supporters. “When people in the party and adhere to our ideological attitudes, here everything is clear, and there might come some outsider, not a member of the party”, — said the speaker.

The Duma elections scheduled to be held in 2016 on the third Sunday of September, in uniform day of voting.
