Omsk refinery for the first 9 months increased production of gasoline Euro-5 11.6%

MOSCOW, 22 Oct. Omsk oil refinery “Gazprom oil” for the first nine months of 2015 increased production of gasoline of the ecological standard of Euro-5 by 11.6% to 3.2 million tons, according to a press release from the company.

The largest increases were in the production of petrol “Regular-92” Euro-5 standard: the volume of production reached to 2.16 million tons, which is 15% more compared to the same period last year.

The production of diesel fuel amounted to 4.82 million tons. “All diesel produced by the refinery meets environmental standard Euro-5. Total volume of crude oil processing in the first nine months of 2015 was $ 16 million tonnes, which corresponds to the level of the same period in 2014,” says the company.

In General, the depth of oil processing at the Omsk oil refinery increased to 93,56%, the rate of output of light oil products increased by 1.5 percentage points compared to the nine months of 2014 and amounted to 68.6%.

“The growth of the refinery quality indicators contributed to the increase in the processing of stable gas condensate (SGK) is a valuable feedstock, which is used as an additive to crude oil for improvement of its parameters and for the production of light oil products,” — said in a press release.

Thanks to the commissioning of the terminal receiving gas condensate fractionation of stable gas condensate the scope of the Omsk refinery increased for the nine months as compared with last year and amounted to 981 thousand tons. The annual capacity of the terminal is 1.2 million tons of gas condensate.
