Moscow. October 22. The European Central Bank (ECB) today once again did not change the basic interest rate on loans, leaving it at 0.05% per annum
The ECB kept its Deposit rate at minus 0,2% and the rate on margin loans to 0.3%.
The ECB decision coincided with forecasts of economists.
The ECB in September cut its benchmark interest rate on loans by 10 basis points from 0.15% to 0.05% per annum ^ a record low.
