MOSCOW, 23 Oct. OPEC has not yet invited a delegation from the Russian Federation at the meeting of the cartel, which will be held on 4 December, told reporters the head of the international cooperation Department of the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation Ilya Galkin.
“We are still not invited”, — said Galkin, responding to the question, are you going to representatives of the Russian Federation for a meeting of OPEC’s Ministerial oil-producing countries, which will take place on 4 December.
Earlier on Friday energy Minister Alexander Novak said that oil companies of the Russian Federation is ready to compete with OPEC in their decision on the reallocation of mining volumes or increase within the organization. Such decisions, according to tradition, should discuss the Ministers of the countries of the OPEC, at its December meeting.
According to Novak, the quota, which is now installed on production by OPEC at 30 million barrels per day, selected States members of the organization in full.
