In the 2016 budget for burning associated gas, are expected payments to 432 million roubles


Fee for emission of pollutants into atmospheric air from stationary objects is estimated at 1,067 billion rubles, the amount of payments for negative impact on the environment will be 6,203 billion rubles, follows from the documents, submitted to the Duma together with the draft budget for 2016.

MOSCOW, 24 Oct. Payment for emissions of polluting substances produced by combustion in flares or dispersion of associated petroleum gas (APG) in 2016 is estimated at 431,728 million rubles, of which Federal budget will receive only 21,586 million rubles, and the rest will go into the consolidated budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, follows from the documents, submitted to the Duma together with the draft budget for 2016.

The average norm of a payment for emissions of polluting substances produced by combustion in flares and dispersion of associated gas for 2016 is specified in the size 713,53 rubles per thousand tons and the volumes — 605,06 thousand tons.

Fee for emission of pollutants into atmospheric air from stationary objects next year is estimated at 1,067 billion rubles for emissions of polluting substances in water objects — 1,179 billion, for waste disposal of production and consumption — 3,524 billion.

The total amount of payments for negative impact on the environment in 2016 will amount 6,203 billion rubles, of which the majority (5,893 billion roubles) will go into the consolidated budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, the Minister of natural resources and environment of Russia Sergey Donskoy said that oil companies in 2015 will transfer into the budget about 2 billion rubles for emissions of harmful substances formed during APG flaring. APG utilization in Russia in 2015 may reach 87% of the total production.

While the Ministry expects the target rate of recycling gas companies of the Russian Federation in 95% will be achieved by 2020. Companies who do not fulfill these requirements, make increased payments to the budget.
