MOSCOW, 24 Oct. The average annual growth of final electricity prices for all consumers in 2015 will be 5% to 5.3%, which is about 2 percentage points lower than previously forecast. The forecast for socio-economic development of Russia published on Friday on the website of the state Duma in a single package of documents of the Federal budget in 2016.
The lower prices caused by lower demand from consumers and the consumption pattern, is illustrated in the forecast.
In 2016 the final price of electricity on the retail market for all consumers will grow in the range of 8% to 8.6% on average per year, in 2017 7.4% to 8.1% in 2018 7.2% to 7.9%.
