Claims services relate to the order of the Ministry, according to which 100% state-owned companies whose primary activity is exploration, can get for doing the IRT without auctions and tenders are the acreages on which there is no identified reserves and are not included in the special lists of sites where exploration can be carried out at the expense of funds of subsoil users.
Stakeholders in this case are “Rosgeologiya” and “Rosneft”. It is for complaint, as previously reported in the media, and was filed.
