MOSCOW, October 26. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Russia will consider a case against the Ministry of environment in late November. About it reported in Department.
“Consideration of the merits was moved to the end of November,” reported in the FAS.
In Antimonopoly service said that the deadline for the submission of documents on this case for Rusgeology extended to 11-12 November.
As previously reported, on October 14, it became known that the Federal Antimonopoly service initiated a case against the Ministry of environment on the distribution of subsoil between the companies. In particular, the Ministry issued the order dated 27 March 2015 that certain portions of subsurface may be transferred without a tender 100% of state enterprises, which principal activity is exploration. FAS this order are not satisfied.
Stakeholders Antimonopoly Agency calls the company “Rosneft” and “Rosgeologiya”. The Ministry of natural resources and both companies had to provide a list of documents and information on the case.
Later, the Department explained that the government of the Russian Federation, the FAS Russia received a petition of “Rosneft” on the allotment of “Rosgeologiya” exclusive powers in the sphere of geological study. Having considered the appeal, the Department has determined that, under the changes that the Ministry of natural resources introduced in this order, the advantage is given to companies that are 100% owned by the state.
