The economic agents do not fully understand that these issues are not national governments, and supranational authority, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. He noted that the signed document is intended to address these difficulties.
HILL, 26 Oct. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on interaction of Federal bodies of Executive authorities of the Russian Federation with the Eurasian economic Commission.
“I signed a resolution on approving the new order of interaction. Its aim is to improve coordination of the Russian ministries and departments in the areas of work that are delegated to the supranational level”, — said Medvedev at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers. He reminded that the Treaty on the Eurasian economic Union (EEU) came into force on 1 January 2015, however the national authorities in a number of areas faced with problems of interaction. Members of the EAEC are Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

“We intend in 2016 to work more closely with the Eurasian economic Commission on the topic, which greatly affects our economic interests such as antitrust regulation and tariff policy, and here we have to interact not only with FAS, but also with sectoral ministries. The rules and procedure as specified”, — added first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov. He assured that failures in the departments, although many national bodies unhappily accept the transfer of their powers to the supranational level.
“We the bureaucracy, as in the European Union, not the fruit, the number of officials in the Eurasian Commission, which number about a thousand. And the challenge you and the leaders of the countries that we this number is not expanded”, — said Shuvalov.
“The European bureaucracy are we there yet”, — Medvedev said, Recalling that in the European Union includes 28 States. “We go our own way, obviously you have to build these relationships, so that no sparks between national governments that took the decision, despite the fact that every state always guided and will be guided by its national interests.
