He noted that the unknown told him that the documents seized from Nadiya Savchenko during her captivity. This request surprised Gordeeva, but he fulfilled it. In the road he saw that inside the documents but not read them.

Protection declared the petition for announcement of indications of the witness given at the preliminary investigation stage, as it provided significant contradictions. The court petition was denied.
