The reason for the growth of terrorism and extremism in the middle East have become rude attempts of “geopolitical engineering” that broke the state institutions and the security arrangements in the region. This was stated on Tuesday, the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking at the Global University summit of the BRICS.

Reforming the world monetary system, and economic and humanitarian cooperation of members of the Association will be topics of discussion at an informal meeting of BRICS countries in Antalya in November this year on the sidelines of the group of twenty summit, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia.
