The bankruptcy of “Transaero” will minimize the involvement of Federal bailiff service in addressing debt obligations, said the head of Department.
MOSCOW, 27 Jan. In the case of bankruptcy of airline “Transaero” the issues of debt obligations will fall on the Trustees in bankruptcy, the involvement of bailiffs will be minimal, said Tuesday at a press conference in MIA “Russia today” head of the Federal bailiff service (FSSP) Arthur Parfenchikov.
Earlier it was reported that police officers collect nearly 900 million rubles from the airline “Transaero” did not pay insurance contributions to the pension Fund of Russia in St. Petersburg.
“The main issues now in the courts, it’s quite a long process. Naturally, I assume that the bankruptcy procedure will minimize our involvement in resolving debt and all the issues will be resolved by arbitration managers, if any, in the bankruptcy case,” said the Minister.
According to him, the FSSP is now “actively working on so as to differentiate the powers of bailiffs for the debts, where bankruptcy proceedings are initiated”.
“We believe that the powers of bailiffs there is excessive and should not hinder these two processes: enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy”, — he said.
Creditors “Transaero” has already started to apply for recognition the airline bankrupt. But last week it became known that at least a controlling stake in Transaero, plans to buy a controlling shareholder of the group of S7 airlines Vladislav Filev.
