High-speed rail lines will be able to pay the designers of Russia’s first high-speed railway line Moscow-Kazan.
MOSCOW, 27 Jan. “High-speed highways” (daughter of RZD, in charge of the project) in 2015 is quite 4 billion rubles for settlements with the designers of Russia’s first high-speed railway line Moscow-Kazan, told reporters the first Vice-President Russian Railways Alexander Misharin.
The head of the government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in December 2014 requested the Ministry of Finance, the MAYOR and the Ministry of transport to submit proposals for sources of financing engineering studies and design documentation of a road in the amount of 6 billion rubles in 2015 and 14.9 billion rubles in 2016 with the participation of the state budget.
Later Misharin said that 5 billion rubles in 2015 the national budget allocates 1 billion — Railways. The question of allocation of 3 billion rubles from the budget was resolved. It remained to decide whether the allocated another 2 billion.
“The amount of design work that is, means is. We don’t need for this year more in the budget,” Misharin said on Tuesday on the sidelines of a round table organized by the newspaper Gudok.
The design of HSR Moscow-Kazan by a consortium, which includes “Mosgiprotrans”, “Nizhegorodmetroproject” and China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group (China railway engineering Corporation “er yuan”).
Is considered a specialized high-speed double-track electrified railway line for operation of trains at speeds of 200 to 400 kilometers per hour. Now in Russia there are no roads. A pilot project on construction of the HSR cost 1,068 trillion rubles will be implemented on the section Moscow-Kazan.
