MOSCOW, October 26. Information about the withdrawal of Vladislav Fileva on share purchase in “Transaero” is not true. About it reported in a press-service of the airline.
Previously, the online edition of the Newspaper.Roux reported with reference to sources in the banks-creditors that the deal voided because of the revocation of the air operator certificate of “Transaero”, and then the company actually ceased operations. Filev is the co-owner S7.
“This information is untrue”, – said the representative of the press service.
Filev has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Transaero after the former owners of the company are unable to build the package, necessary for the implementation of the transaction with “Aeroflot”. Last week the Federal air transport Agency has annulled the airline operator certificate from October 26.
Minister of transport Maxim Sokolov said that the certificate is revoked “once and forever”. While the current owners of the shares, the family Filewich expect to negotiate with creditors and restructure their debt, giving private banks-creditors 49% stake in the carrier. State-owned banks are the main creditors of “Transaero” – in favour of bankruptcy “Transaero”.
Earlier Tuesday, General Director of “Transaero” Dmitry Saprykin assigned to Aeroflot, announced his intention to apply to the arbitration court with the statement for bankruptcy of airline.
