Democrats ensure passage of the U.S. budget until 2017 in the Senate


If the budget is not taken until November 3, the U.S. reached the ceiling of external debt, and the government will not be able to meet its obligations, according to the U.S. Treasury.

WASHINGTON, 28 Oct. The democratic party will secure enough votes to pass the draft budget in the U.S. Senate for the next two years, the journalists said the leader of the democratic party Nancy Pelosi.

Speaking to a small group of journalists, Pelosi predicted that the Democrats will complement the “basic amount” of the Republican votes necessary for approval in the Senate, Reuters reports.

That the budget must be taken in the near future stated several times by the U.S. Treasury. According to forecasts of the Ministry, if the budget is not taken until 3 November, the country will hit the ceiling of external debt, and the government will not be able to meet its obligations.

On Tuesday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew confirmed the finding of the bipartisan congressional deal on the Federal budget. According to him, the external debt ceiling, the U.S. will be raised to an adequate level until 2017.
