KAMAZ will move to a five day working week due to increased orders

Plants and divisions of the company will go to the regular schedule in November. General Director of KAMAZ, signed a decree on cancellation of incomplete working week.

MOSCOW, 28 Oct. General Director of KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin signed the order on cancellation of incomplete working week in November, said in a statement.

Thus, all plants and units in November, will work on a normal schedule. As KAMAZ noted, this was possible due to increased orders for the company’s products.

PJSC “KAMAZ” occupies the 11th place among the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy trucks and the eighth place in the world by production volumes of diesel engines. The company owns 33% of Russian market of heavy trucks.

In a single complex of the company includes 12 large automobile manufacturing plants. All the KAMAZ group includes over 150 organizations located in Russia, the CIS and other countries.

In January-September, the company received a net loss under RAS in the amount of 2,023 billion rubles against a profit of 1,517 billion in the same period a year earlier. The revenue of KAMAZ decreased by 25% and amounted to $ 52,740 billion rubles against 70,207 billion in 2014. Loss on sales amounted to 3,230 billion rubles against profit in 383,330 million for the first nine months of 2014.
