MOSCOW, 29 Oct. The profit of the Finnish Nokia Corp., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of telecommunications equipment attributable to the equity holders of the parent company, following the results of 9 months of 2015 decreased by 78% to 675 million euros, according to the statements of the company.

Diluted earnings per share was 0.18 euros versus 0.73 euros per share in the previous year. The company’s sales in January-September amounted to 8,89 billion euros, which is 7.8% more compared to the same period in 2014.

The company’s profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company, for the third quarter amounted to 152 million euros, having fallen in annual terms by 80%. Diluted earnings per share amounted to 0.04 euros against a profit of 0.19 Euro per share a year earlier. Nokia’s revenue declined by 2% and amounted to 3,036 billion euros.
