MOSCOW, October 29. The Chairman of the state Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Irina Yarovaya and the head of the Organization of the General Inspectorate (similar to the audit chamber) Iran Nasser Seraj agreed that sanctions are a manifestation of international corruption.
