It is planned to increase the necessary professional experience of non-governmental experts with five to seven years, said the Minister of construction and housing Mikhail Men.

MOSCOW, 30 Oct. Amendments to the legislation, toughening the requirements to the organizations of non-state expertise, can get into the state Duma this fall, told reporters on Friday, the Minister of construction and housing Mikhail Men.

“We have prepared amendments to the legislation they have already passed in the government, and in this session can get into Parliament. They are tightening requirements for non-state examination”,- said the Minister.

According to him, in particular, it is planned to increase the necessary professional experience of non-governmental experts with five to seven years. In addition, non-government experts will be required to pass the certification.

“We do not want to monopolize this sector, competition must be”,- the Minister added.
