Moscow. October 30. Co-owner of airline “Siberia” Vladislav Filev is not going to work with “Transaero”, if he has less than a 51% stake in the carrier. Other options he is not interested, said Filev at a meeting with creditors on Friday.
He also said that it was not yet issued shares “Transaero”.
“I have not yet come into ownership of shares, yesterday opened a personal account. Monday-Tuesday we plan to re-execute the first part of the shares, and in the future after the resolution of the Antimonopoly Committee I will get the remaining parts,” said Filev.
Air operator certificate “Transaero” was cancelled on October 26, “in connection with deterioration of key performance indicators and financial-economic state activities that affect the safety and rights of consumers”.
On 23 October, the Board of Directors “Transaero” has made decision to dismiss the General Director of airline Dmitry Saprykin, his position was taken by the Deputy head of the flight Department of a company of hares.
Prior to the announcement of the decision of the Russian aviation authorities about the review of the air operator certificate of the co-owners of airline “Siberia” (working under the brand S7) said it has agreed to acquire not less than 51% of actions “Transaero”.
