NOVO-Ogaryovo, October 30. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed to form a modern system of views on security threats. This was stated by Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev at the meeting of the security Council.

The President also instructed to improve the regulatory framework in the field of security to meet the realities of today, to make adjustments in the conceptual framework.
